Our new Mattresses Press is the perfect complement to our gluing systems of our section Rollflex and Multiflex. The drive is pneumatic, using 4 powerful cylinder (125 mm stroke). The electronic control system (Touch Screen set up) allows you to freely set the number of pressing for a single cycle, the pressing time, the pressure, the crushing height and much more. Everything is managed in a simple and efficient way by the software which is supplied together with the machine.
