Quarrata Forniture is glad to introduce you "Doxeio", an essential part of our cushion filling line. Doxeio is a machine designed to automatically dose and calculate the desired and right weight of each pillow you want to fill. This machine is incredibly simple and it works in 3 steps: an electric fan gets the material from our Silo and drive it to a motorized container which is on top of the machine, the quantity inside is independently and automatically fed by itself. From this container, if the bottom area is free, a driving system let the material fall down inside a box controlled by a computerized scale system which detect the weight. As soon as in the bottom container is reached the requested weight, the driving system automatically stops. At this stage the bottom container opens pneumatically and the pre-set quantity of material fall down into the last container. This last container is equipped with a motorized belt which drive the material to the exit for being collected by the cushions filling machine (like our Dumbo). The belt stay activated as well as the ventilator until some material is inside the bottom container. The cushion feeding is automatic because there is a sensor inside the bottom box which is controlling if some material is still inside. The different weights can be loaded in form of programs inside the computer to be used at any time.
